Maison States was founded in 2018 on a single conviction: that the finest residences in Miami — the ones that genuinely change the way you live — deserve a fundamentally different kind of representation.
We are deliberately small. We represent fewer than forty residences at any time and work with a limited number of clients each year. This is not a constraint. It is the practice.
Our advisors have spent years building relationships with architects, developers, family offices, and private estates that allow us access to a world of properties that never appear publicly. If you are reading this, you are already closer to that world than most.
